Thank you for your recent purchase of an Aprons For Africa custom made apron.
After my son and daughter-in-law adopted a little boy from Liberia, my thought was, "he is so precious, and there are so many more like him, what can I do to help...?"
I began making and selling aprons to make a difference in the life of a child. Greg and Brandi have since gone to Uganda (see the videos below from one of the many trips they were on) and shared with us the devastation and sadness they saw first hand. Look into the eyes of these children and see if your heart is not touched!
100% of the proceeds from these aprons go to AFRICA!
Currently, the money is used for various needs through a charitable organization called Chidlren's HopeChest
... one of which is to fund pastoral scholarships to get pastors to Uganda to see the need in person and then encourage their church body to sponsor whole orphanages! Your purchase of an apron can and IS making a difference.

Hooray! I love your aprons and want to buy one. I am so proud of you, this is a great ministry. Did Laura tell you that I got a sewing machine for Christmas? One day when I really learn to use it and you little ministry has you so backed up with apron making I will help you make them...however this will be far from since sewing a strait line still takes major concentration! Love ya!
Jan, you did a great job setting up this website. I don't usually comment, but I couldn't resist telling you how much I love what you're doing. And ... I'd love to buy the blue apron (you know blue is my favorite color :) How do I go about purchasing it?
Mom! So proud of you!
$30 for the blue one?
this is such a great site, do are doing a beautiful job.
Hello.
I am very much interested in buying one for my 3 yr old neice. I was going to buy her the typical dress up princess outfit for her birthday . . . but I LOVE this idea. Her mother is a gourmet cheif and food critic, so even better!!!! Do you think it possible to make it and ship it by the second week of Febuary? She will be turning 3 . . . but can you size it for 3-4 yr olds. So she can have some room to grow. Just pray about the design . . . I am sure the fact that it is home made is cool enough for her :) What a wonderful idea!!!
Hi Sarah, I would love to do the apron for your niece. Please contact me at the email address listed above.
Hello again.
Thank you!! I tired e mailing you a couple times, but each time it was returned back to me as undeliverable. (I changed the (at) to @ and "dot" sign like I should). Can you try e mailing me? samsdove@gmail.com

Sarah
